Kidz Fest (6 – 7 August, 10am – 6pm)

A host of interactive activities and performances across several themed zones will inspire and entertain little ones all day long. Fairytales come to life down Story Lane, practise your circus skills in Carnival Close and let your little darling’s dreams come true in Superhero Square and Princess Place. Plus, fun fair rides, inflatable fun and charming arts and crafts stalls – there’s something for all ages.

Chelmsford Colour Dash 2016 (7 August, 11am and 1pm)

Walk, run or jog round a short route through Central Park, but be prepared to be showered in powdered paint by the colour pirates whilst raising money for East Anglia’s Children Hospice (EACH).

Jurassic Adventure and Restaurant (20 – 21 August, 11am – 5.30pm)

Brentwood has been transformed for one weekend only into the most famous dinosaur park in the world. Travel back in time and discover everything there is to know about dinosaurs with a team of knowledgeable explorers.
