Nicola on… her love of animals

I have always been passionate about animals since a very young age. They are my life, so a career working with animals made so much sense to me. Owning my own business has always been a dream of mine so Classy Canines Dog Groomers just made sense.

My salon provides a professional, friendly and caring environment for dogs and cats. I always put the animal’s needs first to make them as happy and content as possible. My salon is a really caring and happy place for the animals to come to. I pride myself on being compassionate and welcoming to all the cats and doggies that come to see me. I treat them all like my open pets and offer lots of cuddles and treats!

Nicola on… services available

I offer dog and cat grooming services plus I have a shop which sells clothing, leads, collars, toys and accessories for both cats and dogs, amongst other products for our favourite furry friends.

Nicola on… her adorable pets

I have a beautiful King Charles called Neeski who is a favourite in the Arcade. My dog has a wonderful nature and everyone absolutely loves him – it’s easy to see why. I also have cats too. All my pets mean the world to me. They are all rescue animals as I am a firm believer in giving animals a chance at a happy life. I believe rescue animals make great pets as they deserve a second chance at life. They make loyal companions and they just want to be loved.

Nicola on… funny tales from the salon

Recently the lovely Tilly came in for her haircut. She smelt my lunch which was on the table and grabbed it for herself while my back was turned! I couldn’t stop laughing. ‘Good for her,’ I told her owner. Who wouldn’t say no to a nice sausage roll from the butchers? As long as she’s happy that’s all that matters to me.
