PET-A-PAWTER in Loughton has recently opened its new pet salon. Providing an intimate and sympathetic salon service tailored specifically to the customers requirements, as they understand how important it is that every pet enjoys their experience.

Caroline Loureda, owner at Pet-A-Pawter on the High Road, said: ‘I am passionate about animals as is my fully qualified and experienced groomer. We will be using naturally derived luxury products containing essential oils and suitable for sensitive skin. We offer complementary gourmet treats to settle nervous pooches and puppies are most welcome to come and have a sniff around a few times before their first wash.’

She continues: ‘Even the most robust dog will need to be bathed occasionally, especially after the winter season of running around in mucky fields. Popular at the moment are the smaller long haired breeds such as Cockapoo and Maltese etc. They need to be groomed regularly to prevent the build up of matted fur, which can be uncomfortable for them and removing these mats can be very stressful for the poor dog. If you would like to bring your dog in for a look around the salon or for bookings, call on 0208 502 2486.
