Recipe: Overnight oats and fruits

Filling and a great one for mornings on the go – make the night before and all you have to do is pull it out of the fridge!
Serves 1 (one bowl)
• 50g rolled oats
• Handful chia seeds
• Almond milk
• 3 tbs natural yoghurt
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
1 Mix the oats and chia seeds in a bowl.
2 Add milk so it covers the dry mix. Add in the yoghurt and vanilla essence and stir well.
3 Cover the bowl with cling-film and leave in the fridge overnight.
4 In the morning, serve with fresh fruit like kiwi and raspberries.
