Sylvia Blackman owner of the award-winning HYPOXI South Woodford talks to WEL about helping clients to achieve their goals, changing lifestyles and why HYPOXI is the place to be

Who are you?

My name is Sylvia Blackman and I am a HYPOXI trainer specialising in non-invasive targeted inch loss and skin lifting.

Why do you do what you do?

I have always had a passion for fitness and working with people. It gives me unimaginable pleasure to see my clients faces after they have achieved their dream figure. It is very rewarding for me to improve my clients health and change their lifestyles.

What have you discovered to be the greatest motivator for clients to get fit?

The best motivator is to see results in as short as two weeks. After that they just keep training and smiling. Another important factor is to make people realise that lifestyle changes are not that difficult.

Why should people introduce HYPOXI into their fitness regime?

HYPOXI is the only inch loss method on the market which improves skin and burns fat during light cardio session. Clients need to come for only 30 mins three times a week and achieve results as quickly as four weeks. Where can you lose a dress size and make your skin young and tight so quick?

How do you keep your clients focussed on their goals?

The main idea of keeping clients focused is to keep interacting with them. We see all clients minimum of three times a week. Each client is being measured every 6 to 12 sessions which keeps them going. Seeing before and after photos with big improvements is a massive incentive.

Why is keeping fit so important to you?

Keeping fit gives you good health, focus, drive to all aspects in life. Healthy body= healthy soul. Everybody should be active from a young age as this is when we work towards good health to our older years. No matter what your speed is, walking, jogging and cycling are very important parts of a healthy lifestyle as they are activities that keep your muscles active and your blood flowing.

What is your biggest achievement in your career to date?

My biggest achievement was last year when Hypoxi won two prestigious awards, ‘Polish Choice of the Year’ for best polish business in the UK and ‘My Face My Body’ award for non-invasive inch loss method. I had the honour to visit the Polish prince standing in for the Mayor of London in his White House.

How would you encourage our readers to try HYPOXI?

WEL readers are very welcome to try HYPOXI method for FREE. Open seven days a week, our experienced HYPOXI therapists and high technology HYPOXI machines are waiting for you.

What’s next for HYPOXI?
