Over 2000 was raised for Breast Cancer Care and The Maria Falco Trust by the ladies at Coco in Wanstead on Thursday 4th November.

Sandra Irwin and daughter Karen Levene hosted a High Tea at Coco, where customers could taste their range of delicious home-made cakes, followed by wine or tea.

Customers from far and wide bought tickets to a generous raffle, which included prizes such as a DVD player donated by Broadway music and vision, designer coats, an Escada handbag, an Antik Batik scarf, vouchers for massages and beauty treatments, and a DKNY hat and glove set.

Sandra, who won her own battle with breast cancer, said:

People have been extremely generous in donating gifts, and all the raffle proceeds have gone to these very worthy causes. The day was truly inspirational, and everyone had a fabulous time.
