Haven House Children's Hospice opened its newly-refurbished Butterfly Suite and family accommodation in March.

Haven House Childrens Hospice opened its newly-refurbished Butterfly Suite and family accommodation in March. The Butterfly Suite and the two-bedroom family accommodation are part of the bereavement service that Haven House is able to provide for children and their families. The suite comprises a cool room and an adjoining family room.
The refurbishment work was carried out thanks to a generous donation from The Lions Club of London Seven Kings and former Mayor of Redbridge, Cllr Loraine Sladden, who raised funds for Haven House during her mayoral year. Loughton-based company Galliard Homes also provided the carpets and fitting.
As well as the sponsors, guests of honour at the opening included Channel 5's Milkshake presenter, Naomi Wilkinson, healthcare professionals and trustees of Haven House.
